Vitamin K
Vitamin K come in two form the 1st type is known as vitamin K-1 or phylloquinone are found in plant.
The 2nd is known as K-2 or menaquinone are found in animal both vitamin K-1 and K-2 produce protein that help to blood clotting (coagulation ) . Blood clotting prevent access of bleeding internally and externally .
Fat soluble vitamin K found in a group of structurally similar of fat soluble vitamin found in food and other supplement . Human body required vitamin K for complete synthesis of protein that are needed for blood clotting or controlling binding of calcium in the bone and tissue.

Function of vitamin K
Main role that vitamin K play in the body is blood clotting. it also help with

Deficiency of vitamin K
Vitamin K is not stored in as great amount in the body as vitamin A and D if a person has a vitamin K deficiency they have greater risk of excess bleeding and reduce bone density that can lead to fracture.
Over dose of vitamin K
