Vitamin E is fat soluble vitamin that exist in 8 different form vitamin E is antioxident that can help the body destroy free redicle . Free redicle are unstable atom that may cause the formation of cancer cell as such vitamin E could play important role in prevention of cancer.

Vitamin E deficiency

Vitamin E deficiency is common and never detected in people who are otherwise healthy it happens most often in disease that impair the absorption of fat of vitamin E 
From food . Symptoms of vitamin E deficiency include muscle weakness , poor immune function . Long term deficiency of vitamin E may lead to anemia , heart disease , Serious neurological problems , blindness.

Vitamin D over dosage

Vitamin E overdose is difficult it is obtain from natural dietary source . Case of toxicity have only been reported after people have taken very high dose of supplement overdose of vitamin E people taking blood thinner . Vitamin E actually increase the high risk od devloping cancer .
