Vitamin B-2 [Riboflavin]

Vitamin B 2 is also known as riboflavin it is found in food source such as egg , green vegetable , milk and other dietary source .
Other product are meat , mushroom , almond . 
      Vitamin B 2 is water soluble vitamin riboflavin occur naturally in some food it is absorbed small intestine.

Roll and function

* Vitamin B 2 help play break down the protein , carbohydrates , fat . It play orbital role of maintaining the body energy supply . Riboflavin help convert carbohydrate into ATP. The human body produce ATP from food and ATP produce energy as the body required.
       The compound ATP is storing energy in body muscle.

*Maintaining mucus membrane un digestive system.

*Maintaining the healthy liver.

*Keeping the eye , nerve , muscle and skin healthy. 

*Absorbing and activating iron , folic acid and vitamin B 1 , B 3 , B 6 .

*Prevention the development of contraction of cataracts , migrane , headache.

Vitamin B 2 come from the food some of vitamin B 2 include fish , meat , chicken , turkey chicken , beaf , kidney , liver , egg , dietary products pumpkin , sweet potato , 
 Asparagus , mushroom.

RDA (Recommend daily allounce) of vitamin B 2 for men age year minimum 1-3 mg/day and woman age 19 year 1.1 mg/day and pregnant woman woman are required 1.4 mg/day .

Deficiency

Vitamin B 2 deficiency is a significance risk when diet is poor because the human body excreat the Vitamin continuously so it is not stored .

*Primery riboflavin deficiency happen when the person diet is poor .

*Secondary riboflavin deficiency can also can cause mother reason may be include intestine can not absorb of vitamin B 2 .
          Vitamin B 2 deficiency also caused include crack lips , dry skin , mouth ulcer , red lips , iron deficiency , inflammation in tongue.
